During the COVID-19 Quarantine of 2020 I started a series on what I missed the most about the world. A very clear memory came to mind: sipping Moscow Mules with my dear friend Rachel on the porch of Nashville’s M.L. Rose. I missed the motion of the city; the grit of the bar; the summer sun on my shoulders. I wanted the piece to be sloppy, gritty, imperfect, relaxed - and with a hint of citrus tones to celebrate the season!
