My story is colorful.

I was eight years old when I got my first journal. It was hot pink with green polka dots and a white Hello Kitty lock. On the first page, I wrote a poem about the sun. On the second page, I wrote a poem about Alaska. On the third page, I wrote a poem about how smiling until your face hurts alleviates most of life's troubles and pains—it won a citywide contest that year. For as long as I can remember, writing has been an innate part of who I am. I've never been able to separate myself from words. And I have chosen them over cities, relationships, and impressive opportunities, in hopes that they would choose me back. They always have. I come to the page to write about all kinds of things, but mainly the saturation of living. Raised by a visual artist, my mother taught me how to synthesize the world through imagination, curiosity, and creativity. These traits define me as a person and as a professional.
Long before my career as a Ghostwriter, I surrendered my life on the altar of creativity. It marks everything I do. Whether I'm teaching dance or visual art at the downtown community center, covered in clay at the ceramics studio, drinking wine and sketch-booking with my friends, or taking long autumnal walks to "fill the well," I aspire to swallow the day and everything in it; to celebrate time—even as it is running out on me.
On every other page of this site, you will learn about me as a professional—my polished brand. But I am so much more than that! I want to make meaningful connections in business (and in general), so I've decided to show you a little bit of my world. Here, you will learn about my peculiarities: my sense of humor and how I spend my spare time. It features everything from books and music I love, to my favorite wine blends, my penchant for gaudy aesthetics, and my adoration for my friends and community.
You'll see that I choose to live vibrantly. I like to leave an impression. I am funny, frenetic, and messy—but spirited! Above all things, I am hopeful and passionate; it is these two qualities that I pour into everything I do.

If you get nothing else from working with me, I hope you learn that the art of living is a romantic and sacred act. To create something (painfully) real is the greatest responsibility of our lives. That you would choose to collaborate with me is the deepest honor of mine. So, meet me—fellow writer, creative confidant, and friend.
